He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Bulau; his wife Carol Bulau; and his brother Neil Meyers. He is survived by: his daughter Jodie Carlson (Greg) of Cosmos, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Jakob Carlson (Laura) and Kacie Kurth (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Chandler Kurth, Christian Kurth, Brianna Kurth, Jayden Carlson and Many. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
