Juckel (David Jr.); his grandchildren, Gregory (Catherine Knutson), Lynette Todd (Brian), Jeremy (Michelle), Crystal Harden (Jeremy) and Wes Hartung (Elisa); and his siblings, Jocelyn Cichosz, Delores Henthorne and Patricia Manning. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
