He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Folsom and Madge Folsom (Waltman). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Diane Folsom (Moszer); his children, Tammy Johnson (Troy) and Eric Folsom (Linda); his sister Donna Goyette; his grandchildren, Amy, Ryan, Nycole, Bryanna, Taylor, Alec and Abby; and his great grandchildren, Joey, Anthony, Layla, Delilah and Alsina. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
