He is survived by : his wife Deb Schmidt; his children, Jenna L. Silva (James) and Jared B. Schmidt; his grandchildren, Kayley, Kelsy, Ava and Maddie; his sister Carolyn Woller; and his former life partner Debra Wills. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
