He is survived by: his children, Dani Rene Farris (Tommy), Gaylan Pegel Jr. (Marlene), Mindy Nelson (Eric) and Lisa Larson (Kent); his siblings, Jan Borden (Tom), Verna Mitchell (Bill), Deb Furrie (Pat), Polly Kerkvliet, Sydney Pegel, Jasper Pegel and Amy Pegel; and his stepmother Rachel Pegel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and also friends.
