Born on September 16, 1976 in Detroit, Michigan, Clifford was a beloved son to Barbara Lipkovitch (deceased), and a devoted brother to Shanya, Tiffany, Brandon, Sara, and Angie.

Clifford was a loving father to his 10 children, who he cherished and adored. He was a man of many talents, with a great sense of humor and a contagious smile.Clifford's contributions to his community were immense. As a tireless advocate for education, he devoted countless hours to promoting literacy and supporting students as they pursued their educational goals.
