She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Carl Abrahamson and Margaret Abrahamson; her husband Eugene; her children, Dennis Maloney (Renae), Patrick Maloney (Rachelle) and Susan Hughes (Mike); and her grandchildren, Polly, Melissa, Ryan, Matthew, Caley, Peter, Richard and Steven. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
