She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. and Mayhew of Florida; and her brother Harold Mayhew (Katie). She is survived by: her children, Veryl Sullivan (Mark), Gayle Blatnik (Michael) and Tim Sullivan (Deb); her grandchildren, Shanna Blatnik, Ryan Sullivan and Tara Nicholls (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Kennedy and Henry Nicholls. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
