He was predeceased by : his parents, Eino Joseph Ruoho and Elma Marie Lammi Ruoho; his sister Verna Mae Ruoho Majeski; and his great grandchild Elana Grisham. He is survived by : his wife Beatrice (Swieringa); his children, Brita Hammit (Dallas) of Phoenix, Paula Zahniser (Stephen) of Boise and Clinton (Mats Hansen) of Duluth; his grandchildren, Brighton McCabe, Amanda McCabe Grisham, Britton Hammit, Emma McCabe, Joffrey Hammit, Alize Romero, Zangel Romero, Consuelo Romero and Kirsty Ruoho; his great grandchildren, Aleksiina Raye Grisham, Noa Aubrey McCabe and Kynen Elena Grisham; and his niece Char Majeski.
