He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lucia and Sadie Lucia (Boyce); his sister Barbara Hammer; his brother-in-law Ole Hammer; and his brother Mick.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his son Marc; his brother David Lucia (Barb); his nieces, Kristen (Markus) and Robyn Hammer; his great-nephew Noah; and his brothers, Dave, Bob, Russ, Netz, Curt and Ray.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kenwood Lutheran Church (2720 Myers Ave, Duluth, MN 55811). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to Animal Allies, CHUM, Second Harvest Food Bank, Union Gospel Mission, or Salvation Army.
