He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sirotiak and Zuzanna Sirotiak; his sisters, Susan Smith (John), Evelyn Carlson (Huey), Millie Stevens (Jack) and Lee Thompson (Ralph); and his niece Candance Keeling.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Williams (Michael) and Kelly Haley (Daniel); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Beau (Paige), Maddie and Jacob; and his sister Sylvia Gamec.
Due to COVID there will be no visitation.
