He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Bailey and Eva Bailey; and his sister Mary VanAmburg. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Brad (Angie) of Texarkana, TX, Kathy of Salem, OR, Brian of Santa Monica, CA and Paul of Apple Valley, MN; his sister Caroline Lancaster of Wichita Falls, TX.; and his brother-in-law Chuck VanAmburg of Yakima, WA.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
