He is survived by: his wife Norella M.; his daughters, Chelly Stein (Karl), Chris Eiden (Steve) and Cindy Urban (Greg Thunstrom); his grandchildren, Dylan Urban, Shannon and Jeremy Stein; and his siblings, Frank (Barb), Richard Urban and Rosemary.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
