Kathleen Mary was predeceased by: parents, John LaPitz and Eleanor LaPitz. Kathleen Mary is survived by: husband David; children, Erin Matschiner (Jeff), Jessica Creighton (Jason) and Matthew Harmon (Lindsay); grandchildren, Harrison, Hadleigh, Brooks, Penelope, Noah and Ella; and siblings, Patt Karges (Deane) and Larry LaPitz (Jan). Kathleen Mary is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
