He is survived by : his wife Brenda; his son Ethan Coates; his stepchildren, Maddyx Evans and Nixon Johnson; his parents, Wally Bialczak and Sherla Bialczak; and his siblings, Damien Koller (Cora), Melissa Karpinski (Mark), Jeremy Bialczak and Sarah Bialczak. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
