It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Haugland of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin Haugland and Mildred Haugland (Markusen); her brother Ronald; her brother-in-law Ronald Laske; and her nephew Christopher Perreault.

She is survived by : her sister Shirley Laske of West Fargo, ND; her nephew Brian Perreault of South St; and her friend Jan Swanson.
