He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Johnson and Barbara Johnson (Holy); his wife Carolyn Jean Kulla; and his former life partner Betty Zwingel. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Tom Johnson (Shelley), Cindy Rice (Mark) and Cherie Stoltman (Dean).
