It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred C. Spencer III of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Calvin Jr. and Inez Spencer (Berry); his wife Marsha Hodge; and his sister Janet Cromwell. He is survived by : his children, Fred, Jr. Spencer (Lisa) and Jeanne Peterson (Scott) of Thompson, ND; his grandchild Lindsey Pickard (Chris) of Whitefish, MT; and his great grandchildren, Alivia, Theodore Pickard, Levi, Gage and Parker Peterson. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
