She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ostgarden and Agnes Ostgarden (Viken); her husband Milton Aker; her children, David Aker and Denise Aker; and her brothers, Clarence "Bud" Ostgarden and Oris Ostgarden.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Aker; her daughter-in-law Faye Aker; her grandchildren, Jeremy Aker (Jackie), Rachel Aker of Nashville, TN and Becca Walk (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Julia, Jolie, Jadyn, Jacob Aker and Emmitt Walk.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1515 5th Ave NW, East Grand Forks, MN 56721). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (2203 River Rd NW, East Grand Forks, MN 56721).
