She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cook and Josephine Cook (Hagelie); her husband Elmer; and her sister Carole Malone (Richard) of Auburndale, Florida.. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Makaruk of Newnan, Georgia, Susan Kleven Johnson (Glenn) of Mayville and Laurie Kleven Henke (Brian) of Racine, Minnesota.; and her niece Kathryn Miller of Grand Forks.
