Spencer of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Hodge and Foy Hodge (Recknagel); and her siblings, Dennis, Kenneth, Orville, Donald "Skip" Hodge, Phyllis Bohlman and Carla Hodge.

She is survived by : her husband Fred Spencer; her children, Fred, Jr. Spencer (Lisa) and Jeanne Peterson (Scott) of Thompson, ND; her grandchild Lindsey Pickard (Chris) of Whitefish, MT; her great grandchildren, Alivia, Theodore Pickard, Levi, Gage and Parker Peterson; and her siblings, Dory Spicer of Anaheim, CA and Sande Hodge (Sue) of Grand Forks. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
