With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Ann Parkin of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Earl Quirk and Loretta Quirk (Harrison); her husband Wayne Parkin; her daughters, Michele Rice (Chris) of Grand Forks, ND and Jennifer Bos (Corey) of Harwood, ND; her grandchildren, Greyson, Bennett, Kolton Rice and Olivia Bos; and her brother Pat Quirk (Jan) of Osseo, WI. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
