We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 77, William J Steffen in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Devils Lake, North Dakota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J Steffen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Steffen and Mary Steffen (Kuntz); his sisters, Christine Kraft, Helen Hoveland and Mary Bolken; his brothers-in-law, Ray Kraft and Payne Bolken; and his nephew Todd Kraft.

He is survived by : his former life partner Linda Marcotte; his children, Cyndi Wheeler (Todd) of San Rafael, CA, Rhonda Steffen (James) of Augusta, WI, Rachel Sanderson (Rob) of Bismarck, ND, Paul Steffen (Traci) of Moorhead, MN, Kimberly Reinpold (Jon) of Amenia, ND, William "Billy" Steffen (Kari) of Moorhead, MN and Lori Wentz (Nicholas) of Byron, MN; and his siblings, Paul Steffen (Janice), Ellie Bosch (Eddie), Karen Samek (Steve), Tom Steffen (Cindy), JoAnn Lizakowski (Danny) and Pat Allfrey (David). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
