He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Busack and Bertha Busack (Werner); his spouse Pernell Dresow; his daughter Julie Ann; and his siblings, Donna Pagel (Carl), Robert, Marvin and Glenn.
He is survived by : his children, Gary Lee, Gayle Lynn, James Arden, Gary Busack (Amy), Gayle Rolli (Gary) and James Busack (Paula); and his brother Harvey Busack (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
