She is survived by : her husband Danny Chadwell; her children, Doug Burnett (Angie), John Burnett (Catherine), Aaron Greene, Cheryl Carruth (Derek) and Kathleen Greene; and her siblings, Laura, Jim and Dan Burnett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
