She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Carmichiel and Dorothy Carmichiel; her siblings, Bruce, Jim, Dickie Carmichiel and Shari Harju; and her nephew Todd Carmichiel.

She is survived by: her sister Barb Egli; her sister-in-law Janet Carmichiel; and her sibling's children, Brenda Anderson, Arla Carmichiel, Brian Harju, Scott, Chris Thiede, Andy Sargent and Kelly Kirscht.
