She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Schmidt and Anna Schmidt (Pedersen); her husband Milton; her daughter Diane Lister; her siblings, Edward (Viola Schmidt), Alvin (Lucille Schmidt), Adeline (Herbert Rose) and Marie (Russell Johnson); and her sister-in-law Marion Erlandson.
She is survived by : her daughter Barbara Ellis (David) of Fergus Falls; her grandchildren, Michelle Ellis (Terry), Shane Lister, Dawn Pearson (Jim), Jennifer Nordlund (Ryan) and Tim Ellis (Julie); her great grandchildren, Mallory, McKenna, Micah, Olivia (Ty), Levi (Molly), Annelise, Luke, Elijah, Brielle, Charolette, Caroline, London, Natalie, Kendra, Avery, Matea, Walter, Seth, Jake and Kyle; and her great great grandchild James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
