It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wood of Ely, Minnesota, born in Hillman, Minnesota, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Lee and Mildred May Wood (Logan); and his siblings, Florence, Hazel, Dorothy, Milton, Charles, Merle, Richard and James.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley (Charlotte); his children, Dan Wood of Ely and Barb; his son-in-law Rich Kuzma of Eagan, MN; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Kim Wood of Eagan, MN; his grandchildren, Mandy Wineberg (Andy), Jill Brown (Derek), Jordan Kuzma (Krista), Daniel Wood (Mary), Sara MacCoy (Dan) and Louisa Wood; his great grandchildren, Henry, Jack Wineberg, Evan Wood, Aspen MacCoy, Emmett Brown, Eleanor Kuzma, Ace MacCoy, William Brown and Charlotte Kuzma; and his brothers, Harry Wood (Clarice) of Anchorage, AK and John Wood of Rudyard, MT. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
