It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leona Elizabeth Olga Taapa of Embarrass, Minnesota, who passed away on January 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Mayme; and her siblings, Edward, Emil, Harold, Ellen, Shirley and Beverly.

She is survived by : her daughters, Darcy Reed (Dale) and Candy Anderson (Steve); her grandchildren, Kristin Parendo (Philip), Shawn Reed (Julie) and Kyle Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Henry Parendo and Tyler Anderson (Nicki). She is also survived by grandchildren that her nickname was Grandma.

Due to the coronavirus, a celebration of her life will be scheduled and announced in the future, to be held at Leona's home.
