She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Regner; her grandparents, John Sr., Esther Burghardt, Joseph and Mary Regner; her nephew Zachary Hauser; and her father-in-law Wallace "Wally" Schapekahm.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Schapekahm; her sons, Nathan of Essig and Craig Schapekahm of Essig; her father Edward Regner of New Ulm; her siblings, Lisa Palmquist (Carey) of Nicollet, Sandy Hauser (Duane) of New Ulm, Trish Tews (Jon) of New Ulm and Eugene Regner (Jean) of New Ulm; her mother-in-law LaVerne Schapekahm; and her siblings-in-law, Julie Schapekahm of Lori Horner, Robert Schapekahm (Janine) of New Ulm and Gregg Schapekahm (Dawn) of New Ulm. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
