It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane Wimpfheimer of Euclid, Minnesota, born in Crookston, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wimpfheimer and Esther Wimpfheimer (Nyleen); his wives, Joan Audrey McMahan and Mildred M. Schulz; and his sister Clair Goodyke.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Whorton (Steve) of Minot, ND, Kathy Wimpfheimer of Grand Forks, ND, Sheila Bonetti (Tom) of Norway, MI and Dean Wimpfheimer (Linda) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew David McWaters of Crookston, MN, Matt McWaters (Precious) of Crookston, MN, Breanna Whorton (Ryan Beede) of Dickenson, ND, Taylor Bonetti (Hailey) of Norway, MI, Garrett Bonetti (Carley Hicks) of Norway, MI and Chole Wimpfheimer of Tampa, FL; and his great grandchild Rowan McWaters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
