She was predeceased by: her parents, John Poznik and Mary Poznik (Perushek); and her husband Edwin R. Askew. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Perko (Judd), Lynn Olson (Paul) and Debra Spawn (Jeff); her grandchildren, Joe Perko, Jen Evenson (Dody), Angela Stoltz (Gary) and Eric Spawn (Becky); her great grandchildren, Tristan, Dylan, Jillian, Justine, Savanna, Preston and Sterling; and her sister-in-law Virginia Askew. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
