He was predeceased by: his wife Glorian (Ries); his parents, Harold Justice and Myrtle Justice; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Bob Bach; his siblings' children, Barry Bach and Christina Justice; his brother-in-law Gene Ostedgaard (Spike); his parents-in-law, Louis and Alvera Ries; his brother LaVern; and his sister-in-law Shirley Ries.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Justice (JoDell) of Fairmont, Janet Morrison (David) of Tigard, OR and Julie Steuber (Lenny) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Angela Justice, Daniel Justice, Caleb, Carter Lloyd, Avery and Jacqueline Nowicki (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Addison, Cecilia and Noah; and his siblings, JoAnn Heerdt, Irma Ostedgaard, Jim (Juanita Justice), Sandra (Lauren Ettesvold), Raymond (Teal Justice) and Philip (Linda Justice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
