He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Hagen and Flora Hagen; his brother Robert Hagen; his brother-in-law Herb Lohse; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Lyle Stoterau; and his parents-in-law, Reverend Roman and Jeanette Biesmann.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his children, Kathy, Leon Gebhardt, David and Karna Hagen; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Osten (Trevor), Megan Wolff (Jay), Evan Hagen (Faith), Caleb Gebhardt, Cole Hagen (Meghan), Benjamin Gebhardt and Rebecca Gebhardt; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Michael, Joshua, Rachel, Anna and Ava; his sister Jeanne Lohse; and his siblings-in-law, Ethel Hagen, John (Marty Biesmann) and Sharon Larimore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
The family wishes memorials to be directed to Martin Luther Junior-Senior High School in Northrop, MN.
