She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton "Andy" Anderson and Lovina "Irene" Anderson (Ballard); her husband Jacob "Bud" Peterson; her son Jeffery Scott Peterson; her parents-in-law, Jakie and Irene Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Ranney and Ed Ranney.
She is survived by: her children, Tari Brandt (Rodney) and Todd Peterson (Kristi); her grandchildren, Cassidy Wolfe (Josh), Chase Brandt (Tomarah), Cierra Thiesse (Tanner), Emily Horstman (Eric) and Megan Gordon (Cody); her great grandchildren, Ariana, Elyse Wolfe, Kyannah, Karsyn, Kyser Brandt, Beckham Thiesse, Briar Horstman and Beau Gordon; her sister Cheryl Ellsworth; and her siblings-in-law, Duane Peterson (Marie), Robert Peterson (Ann), Paul Peterson (Ginger) and Kathy Abbas (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (205 Albion Ave, Fairmont, MN 56031). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
