She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Saemrow and Irene Saemrow (Mischke); her husband Martin Rutz; and her brother Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Jean Vollmers (Lloyd) of Mason City, IA and John Rutz (Kris) of Owasso, OK; her grandchildren, Adam Vollmers (Tracy), Mark Vollmers (Molly), Paul Vollmers and Sarah Biggs (Chad); her great grandchildren, Hayley and Eric Garcia; and her sister-in-law Marian Saemrow of Waterville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Peace Lutheran Church or Moments Hospice.
