It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Howard of Faribault, Minnesota, born in Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Howard and Gertrude Howard (Locke); and his son Terry Howard. He is survived by : his wife Carol Exe of Faribault; his daughter Tracy Howard of Faribault; his daughter-in-law Shannon Howard of Byron, MN; his grandchildren, Manny, Kelsey and Lexy Cody (Drew); and his great grandchild Holden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
