He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Dokken and Helen Dokken (Oppegard); his wife Winnie M. Michel; his son Billy Dokken; his grandson Jason Kaderlik; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Deppa and Thomas Reuvers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Kaderlik (Mark) of Faribault, Lori Hanegraaf (Randy) of Burnsville and Lynn Sather (Jerry) of Faribault; his grandchildren, Cody Crowley, Grant Sather, Blake Hanegraaf and Briana Hanegraaf; his siblings, Roger Dokken of Faribault and Debra Deppa of Becker; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Reuvers of Faribault, Marjean Michel of Faribault, Don Michel (Jeanne) of Morristown and Richard Michel of Faribault. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
