It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John P Mathews of Faribault, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Alma Mathews (Throne); his wife Paula; his son Michael; and his siblings, Carolyn, Richard, Sena and Sue.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deb Kasper (Paul) of Faribault and Amy Amundsen (Jeff) of Faribault; his grandchildren, Brynn (Kyle Statsman) of Minneapolis, Noah (Faith) of Minneapolis, Emilee of Minneapolis and Jack of Faribault; and his siblings, Ron of Albert Lea and Karen of Mamaroneck, NY..
