She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kern and Luella Kern (Bisping); her husband Allan Michael; her parents-in-law, Aaron and Elsie Michael; her sisters, Noreen Kern and Sue Reuvers (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Alice Kern, Evelyn Meschke (William), Norvel Michael (Lucille), Verle Michael (Donna) and Sharon Parker (Doug).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Michael (Chrystal Simek) of Faribault, Pam Melchert (Jerry) of Faribault and Barb Morris (Mark) of Morristown; her grandchildren, Mikala Caron, Amanda, Tara Melchert, Kyle Morris (Paige Dahle) and Eric Morris (Kyeria); her great grandchildren, Ayden, Atley Qualey, Emery and Kaylen Morris; and her siblings, Jerry Kern, Pat Petricka (Leonard), Kevin Kern (Sue) and Tim Kern. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
