She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Kelsey and Helen Kelsey (Cates); and her brother-in-law Larry Joe Young. She is survived by: her husband Charles Piper; her children, John Benton (Kathryn) and Justine Piper; her granddaughter Kelsey Benton; and her sisters, Diane Young and Karen McMahon (Joe). She is also survived by nieces and a nephew and other relatives and friends.
