She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Dienst and Blanche Dienst (Crandall); her husband William "Bill" Sammon; and her siblings, Robert Dienst and PeeWee Dickison.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Jeanine Swanson (Nick) of Eagan, MN; her grandchildren, Brian Swanson and Jamie Spaulding (Michael); her great grandchildren, Arya and Lydia Spaulding; her son Mike Sammon (Beth) of Faribault; her grandchild Ashley Purfeerst (Carl); her great grandchildren, Maverick and Braxton Purfeerst; her grandchild Andria Sammon (Dan Furlong); and her siblings, Jeanette Schmidt of Faribault, Charles "Ed" Dienst of Faribault, David Dienst of Faribault, Janice Chappuis of Faribault and Kenny Dienst (Bobbi) of Faribault. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to restrictions with the COVID-19 virus, an open house and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
