He is survived by: his wife Karon D. Fields; his daughters, Stephanie Bursik and Julie A. Dasheur (Cole); his granddaughter Eva Ellen; his sisters, Marilyn Orchard, Carol Truax and Joan Finnegan (Wayne); his sisters-in-law, Jacquelyn Orchard and Susan Orchard; his brothers, Ronald Orchard (Jodi) and Michael Orchard (Deborah); and his parents-in-law, James Bennett and Laurie Fields. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
