He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Blichfeldt (James); his grandsons, Brandon, Jared and Matthew Blichfeldt (Karli Dreyer); his brother Robert Knutsen (Patricia); and his sisters-in-law, Genean Piepho, Peggy Olson, Mercedes Samlaska (Sam) and Lori Zimmerman (Lonnie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
