It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent J. LaCanne Jr. of Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Sr. and Marie (Freeman); his sisters, Marilyn, Helen, Sandra and Bette; and his brothers-in-law, Arnold, Alvin Petricka and Victor Pirkl.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Petricka; his children, Jacqueline Herschlip, John LaCanne (Barb), Russ LaCanne (Kari), Edward LaCanne (Pam), Pauline Suckow and Chris LaCanne (Tami); his siblings, Rose Pirkl, Dan LaCanne (Jean), Jeanette Hammond (Ron), Terry LaCanne (Barb), Rob LaCanne (Joann), Harold LaCanne (Diane) and Sheila Castle (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Francis Coughlin, Larry Scherger, Pat Petricka and Mary Jane Petricka. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
