He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Kelsey and Sarah Kelsey (Barnett); and his siblings, Ray, Roy, Allen Jr., Clarence, Bob, Vern, George Kelsey, Gertrude Brandt, Leatrice Pike and Agatha Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Vyskocil; and his children, Mark Kelsey (Jenny) of Mahtomedi, MN, Steve Kelsey (Kelly), Walter Kelsey Jr. of St. Paul, MN, Loretta Hamm (David) of Warba, MN, Julia Athey (Donald) of South St, Patrick Kelsey of Coon Rapids, MN, Joann Kelsey of St. Paul, MN and Ronald Kelsey of Shakopee, MN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
