He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Ann Kubinski (Gare); his former wife Susan "Sue" Welch; his wife Susan Marie Kubinski; his children, Michael David Kubinski (Erica Stanke) and Tiffany Marie Kubinski (Anthony Miller); and his siblings, John P. Kubinski (Andrea), Ronald Kubinski (April) and Maria Benzick (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
