We bid farewell to Caroline Jo Henriksen of Farmington, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 29, 2025 at the age of 85. Caroline Jo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Fender and Mary Fender (Smith); her husband Don; and her son-in-law Brett Behnke. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Henriksen (Michelle), Sherry Wagner (Gery) and Tracie Behnke; her siblings, Gary Fender (Pat), Toni Miller, Martha Woofter, Kristine Rieger (Ken) and Mary Fender; and her sisters-in-law, Linda May and SueAnn DuVall. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). A reception will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Calendar Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033).
