She was predeceased by: her son Joel Karpinski; and her brothers, Wilfred, Claude and Kenny Dahmen. She is survived by: her husband Fred of Flensburg; and her children, Dan Karpinski (Sheryl) of Sauk Rapids, Laurie Brunscheon (Jeff) of Readlyn, Jim Karpinski (Terry) of Blaine, Cheryl Haeny (Mitch) of Sauk Rapids and Susan Zipoy (Tim) of Kimball. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren; sister, Jan (Bob) Maciej of Bowlus, sisters-in-laws, extended family members and friends.
