We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2020, at the age of 86, James Edward Nordyke in Fort Snelling, Minnesota, born in Oskaloosa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester and Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Jill McArthur; his children, Julie Joint (Nordyke), Jeff Nordyke and Karin Mingus (Nordyke); his grandchildren, Katie, Samantha Joint, Michael and Jack Mingus; and his brother Tom Nordyke (Phyllis). He is also survived by friends, and SAE and Army brothers.

The family appreciates donations in Jim's honor in lieu of flowers to H.O.O.A.H Minnesota (Helping Out Our American Heroes) http://www.hooahmn.org.
